Tax Interpretations - Stakeholder Consultation

When developing new or revised tax interpretations, the Taxation and Property Records Division of Finance and Municipal Affairs will seek public input. The purpose of this site is to furnish all interested stakeholders with an opportunity to provide input into these tax interpretations. All input is considered by Taxation and Property Records prior to the approval of new tax interpretations or changes to existing tax interpretations. All documents placed on the Stakeholder Consultation website will remain open for comment for a period of 30 days.
